All products listed on our Site are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed once placed through our Site or via WhatsApp/phone, where applicable.
We currently accept the following payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
For Bank Transfer orders, your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to request additional verification for orders before dispatch.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via our courier partners to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or via order confirmation, but delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate; we are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
4. Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.
Items purchased on sale/clearance, or worn items, are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
We do not currently offer cash refunds; approved exchanges will be processed for store credit or a replacement item.
Shipping costs for exchanges, unless due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item), are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and details accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, screen display, or manufacturing batches.
Size charts are provided as a general guide; we recommend reviewing them carefully before ordering.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of XSport Shoes and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XSport Shoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products, including delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers.
